Installation

1. Add the Resource

Place the cfx_vice_wheel_support folder into your server's resources directory.

2. Start the Resource

Add the following to your server.cfg:

ensure cfx_vice_wheel_support

3. Connect Your Wheel

Plug your racing wheel into your PC before launching FiveM. The resource uses your browser's DirectInput/Gamepad API to detect connected devices — no additional drivers or software required beyond your wheel's standard drivers.

tip

Most major racing wheels are supported out of the box — Logitech, Thrustmaster, Fanatec, and others. As long as your wheel shows up as a gamepad device in Windows, it will be detected.

warning

The wheel input only applies when your character is inside a vehicle. Outside of a vehicle, your normal keyboard/controller input is unaffected.
